康納利謝幕之作，邦德的換角折騰成為談資。康納利在本片中已露「油滑」態度，近乎「鬧劇」的故事結構也為后續摩爾的邦德樹立基礎。「基德與溫特先生」作為007系列乃至影史少見的同性戀殺手組合也算「名垂青史」，還有諷刺美國造假登月的彩蛋。

看完片子朋友們全部沉默了良久。喜劇的內核是悲劇，諷刺的目的是反思。臺詞寫得很精，結尾拍得很震撼。美中不足的是鏡頭調度和敘事不夠精煉，讓人有時嫌得多余而冗長。我的朋友們也都要開學離開了，大半年的書房投影儀觀影計劃，圓滿結束。
