之前看過很多次，全是錄像帶或者電視上。當年驚嘆國產武俠片還可以拍的這么不一樣。后來電影看的多了了解到，這部很是借鑒了日本劍戟片。可不同的是，著部片子是中國的西部武俠片，有日本片子沒有的那種黃土味，可見導演很了不起。導演后來拍了很多別的片子，商業片也有特別的味道。那一代導演是受純藝術電影訓練出來的，拍商業也會想辦法加些別的東西。（其實何平導演并不是科班出身）今天聽說何平導演去世了，想到這部電影做標記以示憑吊。
